Following our success at the Constructing Excellence East Midlands Awards 2026, we are delighted to announce that Morson Praxis has progressed to the Constructing Excellence National Awards 2026 after winning two regional awards.

The Morson Praxis Panoptic Bridge Management project was recognised with two awards:

  1. Infrastructure Project of the Year – recognising the project’s impact and innovative approach to infrastructure management.
  2. Innovation Award – celebrating the innovative development of the project and the collaboration behind its delivery.

As regional winners, our entries have now been automatically entered into the national awards.

The recognition reflects the innovative approach behind Panoptic Bridge Management, a collaborative initiative involving Morson Praxis, Network Rail, Nottingham Trent University and Birmingham City University.

The project is transforming traditional bridge inspection and asset management through the application of advanced digital technology and artificial intelligence. By combining engineering expertise, digital innovation and academic collaboration, the project is helping to develop smarter and more efficient approaches to infrastructure management.

Being successful at the regional awards and progressing to the national finals is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved in the project. It highlights the value of collaboration and innovation in addressing some of the challenges facing the UK’s infrastructure sector.

The Constructing Excellence National Awards 2026 will take place on Friday 6 November 2026 at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel.Square Hotel.

We are proud to see the work of our teams and project partners recognised at a national level and look forward to the national awards.
