Every year, the Morson Praxis Core Value Awards recognise the people who bring our values to life through their actions, behaviours and the impact they have on those around them.
The best collaboration doesn’t happen simply because people have been asked to work together.
It happens when someone creates the connections, builds the relationships and makes sure different people and teams have what they need to work towards a shared goal.
For her colleagues, Jenna Dyer is one of those people.
Her ability to bring people together across teams, disciplines and businesses – and turn that collaboration into tangible results – has seen Jenna named the winner of our 2026 Collaboration Award.
Jenna was presented her award at our recent (Western themed!) Morson Group Conference:

Connecting people across the business
As Bid Director, Jenna has worked across different Morson Praxis divisions throughout the year, stepping beyond her usual areas of expertise to support opportunities involving the business’s legacy brands and quickly building her understanding of new technologies, services and teams.
Her collaboration extends much further. Jenna has worked across different divisions within Morson Edge, alongside the Group bid team and with Marketing to strengthen internal collateral and pursue new sales opportunities.
One colleague described her as:
“Exceptionally positive and enthusiastic, with a real talent for bringing people together.”
Collaboration that delivers results
The impact of that approach can be seen in the results.
Jenna’s ability to build relationships at every level of the organisation was a recurring theme throughout her nominations. Whether working with someone at the beginning of their career or members of the senior leadership team, she focuses on making sure people have the information, understanding and support they need to succeed.
That approach has also contributed to tangible commercial outcomes, supporting Morson Praxis in securing new customers including Alter Domus and SJP, as well as strengthening collaboration with an NHS client.
Jenna was also selected to lead a collaboration working group between Morson Edge and Morson Praxis – and the team has already started working more closely together to find new solutions to client problems.

Creating a positive environment
The nominations also make clear that Jenna’s contribution isn’t limited to commercial opportunities.
She has volunteered as a Menopause Champion, helping to drive awareness across the business during 2026, while colleagues consistently describe someone who is willing to give her time and support whenever it’s needed.
Her colleagues described someone who is dependable, generous with her time and always prepared to help.
“Jenna goes out of her way all the time to help anyone that needs help.”
Perhaps most importantly, her nominations demonstrate that collaboration isn’t simply about working alongside other people. It’s about creating an environment where different people, disciplines and teams can contribute effectively towards a shared goal.
Congratulations, Jenna, on being named our 2026 Collaboration Award winner – and thank you for continuing to bring people together across Morson Praxis and beyond.
