Circle Health required a private hospital that reflected its standards of clinical excellence and patient experience, expanding its portfolio in Bath, Nottingham, and Reading.
The £21.85 million facility was designed to deliver modern healthcare services to the Birmingham area, providing a state-of-the-art environment for high-quality care and hospitality in the heart of Edgbaston’s Medical Quarter.

Our Solution
Comprehensive M&E Design and Coordination
Morson Praxis collated RIBA Stage 4 design information from smoke ventilation, CHP, and M&E specialists, delivering a comprehensive M&E design check for compliance. We also designed lighting, operating theatres, natural gas systems, plantroom ventilation, cold water storage, and the basement car park.
