This year’s Morson Charity Bike Ride has officially come to a close, and we’re proud to celebrate the fantastic efforts of our colleagues who took on a challenging 60-mile loop of Anglesey in support of our 2026 charities, Maggie’s Centres and the Amputation Foundation.
Our team of riders, including Ged Mason, OBE, HonDBA, Lorna James, Paul Gilmour, Andy Hassall, Sarah-Jane Bellis, Hannah Fendall, Graham Timbers, Oliver Wingrave and Tim Wood, battled the elements, tricky terrain and their own exhaustion to complete the route.
The challenge tested endurance, teamwork and resilience, but the determination of the team shone through. We’re incredibly proud to say that the group achieved a 100% completion rate, with every rider successfully completing the 60-mile route.
Together, the team has helped raise an incredible £14,740. The money raised will support the vital work of Maggie’s Centres and the Amputation Foundation, helping both charities continue to make a difference to the people and communities they support.
We’d also like to say a big thank you to Andy Reid MBE, who joined the team at the start line to offer some words of encouragement before they set off.
