Morson Praxis provided multi-disciplinary design support for Jaguar Land Rover’s new Fen End Operations Facility.
Jaguar Land Rover required a new operations facility at its Fen End site in Warwickshire to support its growing engineering activities and provide modern working environments for approximately 300 employees.
The development needed to combine specialist vehicle testing and workshop facilities with high-quality office accommodation and supporting infrastructure, creating a purpose-built hub capable of supporting future operational requirements.
Morson Praxis provided multi-disciplinary support for the delivery of a new vehicle operations building incorporating 180 workshop bays, a specialist paint shop, and dedicated fuelling facilities. The project was designed to provide a modern environment to support Jaguar Land Rover’s engineering and vehicle development activities.
The wider development also included new office and welfare facilities, an internal road network, staff car parking, and modifications to the existing test track, creating a fully integrated operations facility to support day-to-day site activities.
