We are proud to share that Morson Praxis has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6190 Technology Services 4 framework.
Technology Services 4 is one of the UK public sector’s primary routes for procuring digital and technology services. It replaces Technology Services 3 and will support delivery across central government charities education health local authority blue light (police, fire, ambulance, search and rescue) devolved administrations.
Morson Praxis are named on the following lots.:
Lot 1 – Technology and Digital Consultancy Services
This lot covers technology and digital strategy, service design, and specialist consultancy support. It enables public bodies to access structured advisory capability where clarity, governance, and technical assurance are critical.
Lot 5a – Application and Data Management
This lot supports application development, management, and support, alongside data platforms, data warehousing, and data management services. It is intended for organisations delivering or modernising systems that must remain robust under operational pressure.
For Morson Praxis, Technology Services 4 provides a compliant route to apply technology consultancy with an engineering mindset. That means working from first principles, testing assumptions early, and designing systems that hold up in real conditions. It will enable our teams to focus on user-centred delivery supporting discovery and alpha phases, early assurance, and services designed to meet the Service Standard while meeting public sector governance and spend control requirements.
For public sector organisations managing complex digital programmes, this reduces risk and shortens time for mobilisation, enabling for compliant, flexible procurement of a comprehensive suite of professional services, including:
- technology and digital consultancy services
- transition and service integration & management (SIAM)
