A huge congratulations to Senior Digital Capture Surveyor, Will Paxton who was announced as a Winner in the ‘Graduate of the Year’ category at Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards last week.
Will’s journey into the construction industry is far from traditional. Originally working in hospitality, he made the decision during the COVID-19 lockdown to pursue a Master’s in Building Surveying at Northumbria University, balancing his studies alongside a promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager and graduating with a Distinction before joining Morson Praxis with no prior industry experience. Will has quickly established himself as a key member of the team through continuous learning and professional development.
Reflecting on his win, Will Paxton said:
